Pinellas Park volunteers are making thousands of PB&Js for the homeless. Michael Abramowitz spends his weeks in a tiny office building off U.S. 19 in Pinellas Park. Once per month, he stops in on Sunday. “It’s always like this,” he said with a smile. “We’re only like 1,000 away from hitting 10,000 for the year.”

Abramowitz stood at a long table with a dozen others. Everyone had either a spoon full of jelly or a plastic knife smeared with peanut butter in his or her hand.
