Have you ever noticed that almost everything great in life originated from despair or challenge? Think about a diamond … the carbon inside the coal must go through 237,000 times atmospheric pressure (24 gigapascals) to 1.3 million times atmospheric pressure (136 gigapascals) in order to make the conversion. High pressure and high temperatures in the earth’s lower mantle crust are pertinent for the creation of diamonds.
Talk about a challenge!!… But we get one of earth’s finest treasures.
Think about a moment in your life where a challenge was present and it forced you to get better. Think about a moment when you felt incapable but found a way to create resolve.
We all have the capacity to be outstanding in our own lives and you have proven it to yourself and others time and time again. No longer accept the pain. Choose to gain.
Here are a few personal examples:
- Losing my mom to cancer allowed me to find my internal strength
- Losing my best friend to a car crash allowed me to find my appreciation for relationships and living a life filled with gratitude
- Losing my money during the market crash allowed me to find a purpose to serve and not receive
- Losing a relationship with someone I cared about allowed me to find a deeper love for myself
Through loss … get better, not bitter. With my lessons, I chose to serve and share.

I encourage you to help others find their inner strength through your courage.
